Britain's cannabis gran has raised important questions about cannabis use for medicinal purposes. The OAP has been using small amounts of cannabis powder five times a day, five days a week for over a year to combat various ailments.

Your NIR number would be the key to your whole life and with the police and corporations scrutinising every little detail of your past, the potential for the abuse of power is very real. Not to mention the threats from criminals if the information gets into the wrong hands. This is 'Big Brother' on a massive scale and should be stopped now!

3. Blah! to politicians three month summer holiday.

With nearly three months off a year, it should be mandatory for all politicians to spend two weeks of their recess period putting themselves in other people's shoes and undertaking work experience in a constituent's job, for example a teacher, a nurse, a road sweeper or a carer.

The chav culture and the idolisation of airhead celebrities like the Beckams, Paris Hilton and Jade Goody is a modern social epidemic. So, just what are we to do with chavs? Obviously whacking them over the head with a stick and telling them to stop being chavs is not the answer.

5. Blah! to wasting the potential of renewable energy - offer subsidies for power generation at home.

If the government offered subsidies for people to invest in their own power generating systems, the public would jump at the chance to take a proactive approach to climate control. Creating partnerships with the national grid would not only drastically reduce bills, but could also mean a nice fat cheque at the end of the year if a surplus amount were generated.
