The Blah! Party celebrated it's first birthday last month and a double celebration was needed as ex-deputy leader of the Official Monster Raving Loonies Party (OMRLP) joined the committee.
Boney Maroney crossed to the Blah! Party, the UK's number one party of protest led by punk legend and political activist, Captain Sensible as she was impressed with the Blah! Party's no-nonsense manifesto, which is created by the members themselves, as well as Captain's dedication to re-engaging a disaffected nation with politics.
Ex deputy leader of the OMRLP, Boney Maroney says: "Lord Sutch inspired a nation of youth with his National Teenage Party, giving them a new approach to politics. This enthusiasm for the young has now been lost and I have resigned from a party that I have great affection for because of the current leader's reluctance to let young members take their platform and lead the party into the future.
"Captain is heralding the second generation of youth into politics with his Blah! Party and I believe he can inspire our children out of apathy by giving them the direction they need and deserve to get them passionate about politics again."
