The end of another year is upon us, and what a year it has been politically.
Lionel Tony Blair stepped down and was replaced by Mr Bean, our economy slowed down at an alarming rate, Northern Rock hit the buffers and our Government lost all our data again, again and again. There are more failings by NuLabour but we won't bore you with them.
Not the perfect start Brown had in mind.
We at the Blah! Party have been eerily quiet this year but we have been working extremely hard behind the scenes.
Our Manifesto is coming on in leaps and bounds (it is currently being written by acclaimed writer, poet and musician Martin Newell). Our membership numbers are rising nicely, we have a few campaigns lined up for the new year (information about each will be posted on the site near the time) and we've received a nice donation of £1,000 from our friend Julian Kynaston (owner of our co-founders Propaganda) to purchase some new merchandise (they'll be available in the new year).
All that's left before we all go home and fill our faces with turkey and wine is to wish each and every one of our members and friends a very merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Love from the Captain and his conscripts at BPHQ.
